PLAYER - Penalty for Violation of Tournament Commitment:
Playing time will be recorded by each coach. A running record of innings that a Bats player is on the bench will be kept and regulated. The Coach, with the direction of the Director, will determine the best playing positions for each child. It is the goal of the Bats organization to put players in positions in which we feel each child will have the most success. Playing all positions is not a goal of the program; however, the Director feels that players should experience multiple positions numerous times throughout the season.
